(Sacred Ordinary – October 2025)
By midweek, the noise gets loud opinions, glances, quiet judgments that tug at your edges.
But there comes a moment when you stop bending to fit and start standing in your own light.
If you need the reminder tonight, let this be it. 🌿
Let them.
Let them think what they want.
Let them whisper, assume, misunderstand.
Let them believe you’ve changed because you have.
Let them question your fire, your peace, your new kind of confidence.
Let them wonder why you shine a little brighter now, why you move differently, why you finally look like a woman who knows her worth.
You don’t owe anyone an explanation for your awakening.
You’ve spent years doing the right things, holding everything together, making sure everyone else was comfortable and now, finally, you are too.
So let them.
Let them have their opinions and their noise.
You’ve got better things to carry like peace, purpose, and a love for the woman you’ve become.
The ones meant for you will understand.
The rest were never your people to begin with. 🌿
Because the older I get, the softer my rebellion becomes not louder, just truer.
So if they whisper, let them.
If they watch, let them.
You just keep shining quietly, confidently, beautifully exactly as you are. 🌙
I’ve been using a little journal like this one lately, small, simple, and the perfect size to tuck in your purse. It’s become my go-to for jotting down thoughts and ideas that pop up throughout the day.
But here’s the thing it doesn’t have to be fancy. Write on scraps of paper, in your Notes app, on a sticky note, or even the back of junk mail if that’s what’s nearby. The important part isn’t where you write it’s that you catch the thought before it drifts away. 🌿
